MAD MAC products are made and shipped fresh. As a result, we are striving to build a shipping program that both accommodates your needs and delivers product of the highest possible quality. To guarantee you the freshest products possible, all packages are shipped Monday through Thursday via UPS . You can choose your shipping cost and time frame directly while you check out, UPS Ground Service is available only for deliveries that are guaranteed a 1-3 days transit time from our facility and ships Monday through Thursday, please note that order place on Wednesday or Thursday might spend the week end in UPS transit facility before it reach your location.

We have set up a UPS shipping Calculator to give you the exact shipping amount you will be charged depending on your shipping zip code, the shipping method chosen and the total weight of your order. When you register or Login, and "Check out" your order , you will receive an email with your tracking Number that will enable you to view & track your order online - please verify the information before calling customer service.
