Can I see a list of all of your flavors?

Please note that every flavor is not in production every day, so if you are looking for a specific flavor, give us at least 3 days notice to complete your custom order.

Where do you ship?

We ship our macarons nationwide in the US. For international shipping, please call us at: 973.225.0930 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 
How do you ensure the freshness of your product during delivery?
All of our products are sealed in airtight packaging to maintain our high quality standards.  Furthermore, our macarons and canelés are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to make sure they arrive to you at the peak of their freshness.
 
I am sending macarons as a gift, do you offer gift packing?
Yes! Gift packaging is available for trays of 48 macarons. You also have the option to include a gift message to your recipient when checking out.
 
How should I store the macarons once I receive them?
We advise that you put the macarons in the refrigerator upon delivery.
 
How long will my macarons last?
In the original packaging (or other airtight packaging), macarons will stay fresh for:
2 days at room temperature.
5 days in the refrigerator.
1 month in the freezer.


How long will my madeleines last?
In the original packaging (or other airtight packaging), madeleines will stay fresh for:
2 weeks at room temperature.
2 months in the freezer.
There is no need to refrigerate our madeleines, unless you like to eat them cold, in which case, go right ahead!


How long will my canelés last?
In the original packaging (or other airtight packaging), canelés will stay fresh for:
2 days at room temperature.
5 days in the refrigerator.
2 months in the freezer.


I need macarons for a special event.  How far in advance should I order?
We avoid shipping macarons over the weekend because we do not want your temperature sensitive package spending the weekend in a UPS shipping facility. With the exception of the NY area, we only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  To be safe, if you need your macarons by a specific date, it is recommended that you place your order by the previous Monday or Tuesday.


You mentioned that madeleines do not have to be refrigerated. Does that mean you ship them at anytime, including over the weekend?
Yes, if your order does not contain macarons or canelés, then we can ship without ice and insulated packaging Monday through Friday.


I need macarons that are a specific color to match my event’s theme/company’s colors.  Do you do custom orders?
We have over 45 flavors of macarons in a variety of colors.  Give us a call at 973.225.0930 and we will work with you to select the flavors that match your needs.
 
Can I order a full tray (48 pieces) of one macaron flavor?
Sure, you can contact customer service by phone at 973.225.0930 or email at team@madmacnyc.com and we can help you with your special order.
 
Do you make macaron towers?
No, but you can purchase our adjustable tiered macaron stand (coming soon!) and fill it yourself. Our stands are also suitable for our madeleines, canelés, or a mixture of all three! It is reusable (hand wash only) and collapses for easy storage.


How do I order wholesale macarons for my retail shop, catering company, or hotel?
Please visit our wholesale page or send us an email at team@madmacnyc.com and we will send you a link to view our wholesale prices, minimum orders, etc.

 
My company is interested in gifting your products to our large client base. Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes, we offer several corporate gifting options. Please contact us via email at team@madmacnyc.com or give us a call at 973.225-0930.
 
I live nearby and can’t wait for my delicious treats to arrive.  Can I pick them up at your kitchen?
Yes!  You can enter "PICKUP" at checkout for local pickup and you will not be charged shipping. Additionally, in the "Notes" section or via email (team@madmacnyc.com), please tell us when you would like to pick up.  If you do not enter the code and are charged for shipping, we will refund the shipping charge when you pick up your order.

Our facility is located in Paterson, NJ, nearby to New York City.  Our pick-up hours are 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are unable to pick up at your scheduled time, please contact customer service at 973.225.0930 or team@madmacnyc.com.
 
Do your products contain transfat?
None of our products contain any trans fats.
 
Are your macarons gluten free?
Yes! Macarons are naturally gluten free.
 
Do your macarons contain nuts?
Yes, one of the main ingredients in French macarons is almond flour.  We also use peanuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, and other nuts in our kitchen.
 
Where are your macarons made?
We are proud to say that all our macarons are made from scratch in the USA at our pastry kitchen in Paterson, NJ.
 
What do I do to cancel and/or make changes to my order?
